I quite like mixing reddish browns with green shades, especially as this skinny fella' is a forest dweller.
I wanted to give the Earth dragon insect like wings - you know how their wings usually have little segment patterns along them - whilst keeping the traditional dragon wing shape, so that's why they're slightly transparent.
Stag horns for males, no horns for females. =]
